Experience

Travis spent a decade in the television industry as an Emmy-winning producer, reporter, and videographer for ABC and NBC affiliates. In 2018 he released his first book, A Latchkey Kid's Take on Modern Cinema, which blends movies and current events to show how film helps contextualize the world around us. He is the producer and co-host of the Still Up All Night podcast, which celebrates the films of the USA Up All Night television series. He also teaches courses in film, media, and popular culture.

Travis has a master's Degree in American Media and Popular Culture from Arizona State University, a master's degree in Educational Leadership from Quincy University, and a bachelor's degree in Media Arts from Southern Illinois University.
